Musket |
| A short lintlock musket with relatively large bore was the final component of offensive weapons carried by the Leather Jacket Soldiers. This firearm had several diagnostic characteristics: the massive lock and the shape of the stock. The Catalan, with the pronounced hook of the toe; and the flat, heavily fluted Madrid stock, were unique to these weapons. |
